Family reunification is often surprisingly problematic despite its constitutional and human rights underpinnings in the German Basic Law (GG), the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU (GRCh) and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
The separation from family members calls all integration successes into question and is often unbearable for those affected.
In addition to numerous questions of document law, there are also questions of language acquisition, securing a livelihood and the loss of rights due to the mere passage of time.
We are aware of the great responsibility we have towards our clients in this area and therefore take all necessary steps - quickly, competently and persistently.
